Bookings & payments
All sessions must be paid in advance. Refunds and rescheduling follow our published policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are refundable. Within 48 hours, fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
Code of conduct
Sessions are confidential and recorded only for quality assurance with your explicit consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the session purchased.
